This LEED’s Gold Certified project set a new standard for residential developments in North America. Using a base of Sapphire 7060 and Black Opal 7024 with highlights of our Amber and Jade standard colours, it sits on the edge of the harbour overlooking downtown Victoria and out to the ocean.
