Kitsilano Coast
Guard Station

MATERIAL

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

After being decommissioned, it was decided that having a Coast Guard presence in the harbours of downtown Vancouver was necessary. Built in the mid 90’s, the building was in need of some updating.

Chosen because it is inert to salt spray, this 12mm back fastened Swisspearl in Reflex White Satin 9291 and Black Velvet 9221 facade stands out along the shore and makes the Coast Guard’s False Creek home new again.
